Reconnecting to the RMC Network After a Password Change

Overview

Reconnect to the preferred "RMC" network on your smart phone/tablet/Windows or Apple computer with email address and current password.

Issue

Each time you change your RMC account password, you will need to forget the "RMC" network and reconnect to it again with your new password if your device is not on-boarded. This also applies if you have a device on "R-MC Connect" because your computer/phone/tablet is not capable of connecting to the secure "RMC" network.

Troubleshooting
  • On Windows: Go to Network & Internet settings > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks and forget the "RMC" network and then reconnect.
  • On Macs: Go to System Preferences > Network > Advanced > Select the "RMC" network and click on the minus sign and hit OK.
  • On iPhones/iPads: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > select the blue information system icon by "RMC" and choose Forget network.
  • On Androids (Might vary depending on device): Go to Settings > Connections > "RMC" and select forget.
