Overview
ITS does NOT offer equipment loans. Please request this service from the Library which offers different types of loans for different types of equipment throughout the year. Some may be a 24 hour or less loan, 1-week loan, or 6+ Month loan. Loans can be for laptops, AV equipment or accessories.
Issue
When checking out a Windows college laptop loaner please ensure that you log into it for the first time while connected to the R-MC network on campus to provision your account. Otherwise, you will not be able to sign into it off-campus.
Troubleshooting
If software that your need is missing from the loaner laptop, please submit an installation request to ITS.
