Overview
If you're having trouble completing KnowBe4 training, check your browser settings, internet connection, check if the assigned training is still open, and try pausing and restarting the module or clearing the app's data if you are using the mobile learner app.
Issues and Troubleshooting
1. Browser Issues:
- Pop-up Blocker: If the training window doesn't open, your browser's pop-up blocker might be interfering. Adjust your browser's pop-up blocker settings to allow the KnowBe4 training window.
- Browser Compatibility: Ensure you're using a supported browser and that your browser is up-to-date.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve some issues.
- Try a Different Browser: If problems persist, try accessing the training in a different browser.
2. Internet Connection:
- Check Your Connection: Ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection.
3. KnowBe4 Learner App Issues:

App Not Responding:
If the KnowBe4 Learner App freezes or stops responding, check your internet connection first.

Clear App Data:
If the issue persists, try clearing the KnowBe4 Learner App's data from your device.
4. Training Content Issues:

Module Status:
If the training content isn't showing the correct status (e.g., completed), try pausing the module and then restarting it.

Campaign Status:
Ensure the training campaign is still open and hasn't been closed. If the campaign is closed, it may be set to not let you complete the training.

Time Left:
Make sure you have enough time to complete the training assignment before the due date.

Save Progress:
If you need to take a break, close the browser window to save your progress, and you can return to it later.
