Overview
The Aruba Wireless network installed here at Randolph-Macon uses a Network Access Controller called ClearPass. Below are the steps to get your Android device connected and accessing the internet here on campus.
Step 1: Connect to the RMC Wireless network. Please use your RMC Credentials when asked for a username and password.
Step 2: Once connected, open your Chrome browser and navigate to onboard.rmc.edu.
Step 3: Login with your Randolph-Macon username and password.
Step 4: Tap to Download and install the Clearpass Quick Connect App from the Google Play Store.
Step 5: Download the network profile and install it.
Step 6: The installation process will begin. You may be presented with the error message below. This is expected as your device is connected to the secure RMC wireless network.
Step 7: You may click OK. Your device has now been successfully provisioned for use on the network. Ensure that you are connected to the RMC secure wireless.
