Accessing your H: Drive

To access your H: Drive while using campus Windows computers:

1. Login using your RMC email and password.
2. Double-click on "This PC".
3. Double-click on your H: drive.

To access your H: Drive on your personal Windows computer:

1. Right-click on "This PC".
2. Click "Map Network Drive".
3. Notice the Drive says "H:" and the folder is \\files.rmc.edu\classes.
4. When you click "finish," you will need to enter rmc\username and your password.
5. Afterwards window will pop up with all the class folders.
6. Click your classes – you will not be able to access class folders you are not enrolled in.

Accessing your H: drive from a Mac:

1. Click on "Go" from the top toolbar.
2. Select "Connect to Server".
3. In server address, enter smb://files.rmc.edu/classes​​​.
4. Click "Connect".

Please do not manually map any network drives on college assets. The H: drive comes in through group policy. 

Note: This will only work while on-campus and connected to the secure "R-MC" network, or while connected via VPN when off-campus (faculty and staff only).
