Overview
Current Students and Employees
- Single-Sign-On (SSO) using your RMC network account username and password.
Parents
- Parents will be sent login information to their email address from the Registrar's Office when their student grants them parental permissions once the account(s) has been provisioned.
- Login using your MyMaconWeb username (ID or valid email address) and password.
- Please refer ro the Registrar Office's Parent Access Student Information Page.
Alumni
- Graduating student accounts are deleted around the 1st week of May following the previous year's February, May, or Summer graduation.
Separated Students
- For students who do not re-enroll, accounts are deactivated and purged approximately one year after their last date of attendance.
Issue

Forgot your password? Use Microsoft's Password Self Service.
Parents
First enter ID (must enter ID for a password reset) and then click Continue, then the "I forgot my password" link to be prompted to change your password. Enter your valid email address and a new password reset link will be sent to this email within a few minutes. This reset link will be active for 60 minutes.

Request assistance if you don't know your username (ID or valid email address).
