Service Description
Request assistance for both single-sign-on (Faculty, Staff, Students) and non single-sign-on (Parents, Alumni) access to the portal for registration, grades, degree audit, financial information, forms, parent access and additional resources.
If you can sign in but have an issue with functionality or content, it may be due to your permissions or time of year. Examples include:
- Add/drop is unavailable at certain times of the year such as during New Student Orientation in June. Please refer to the Registrar's Office posted timeline.
- Incoming students will be able to define parent FERPA permissions after New Student Orientation. Once they have done so, parents will be emailed when an account has been provisioned for use at the email address indicated by their student. Allow some time for the account to be created. Contact the Registrar's Office for questions about this process.
- If a student granted some but not all FERPA permissions, this will also affect what a parent sees. The Service Desk is only able to see if a parent account exists and help with password resets, not what permissions have or have not been granted.
- While student bills are available for viewing in the MMW portal by students and parents (if access is granted), bills are not paid in MMW. Please refer to the Billing and Payment Methods information provided by the Business Office and contact them directly with issues or questions.
