Service Description
Before faculty, staff, and students can use most RMC services, a phone number needs to be enrolled in Duo for multi-factor authentication. This ensures that the person accessing the service is really you. If you need help with initial enrollment, Request Enrollment Assistance. If already enrolled and you get a new phone, you need to re-enroll as Duo is tied to your phone's hardware, you can either watch our instructional video or Request an SMS.
Information Needed For The Request
The Duo Mobile app needs to be installed on your mobile phone. If your phone is not compatible with the Duo mobile app, you can enroll using your cell number. We require enrollment of a phone number as a primary method. Valid backup methods such as touchid, a yubikey provided by ITS, or land line can be added.
