Request this service to troubleshoot a camera issue in a Microsoft Teams meeting
Information Needed For The Request
We will need the following info to effectively troubleshoot with you: device name if college-issued, operating system, Teams version, and any recent changes. We will also ask you to check for camera permissions, and whether other applications can use the camera to rule out potential hardware issues.
Estimated Time Required
Outside of a hardware issue, most camera issues in Teams are resolved by adjusting permissions for Teams to the camera or settings within Teams.

There is no cost for this service. The end user or end user's department/office is responsible for any physical damage outside of warranty.
