Service Description
This service requests assistance in re-enrolling in Duo multi-factor authentication which is required for access to most college applications to ensure that the person accessing the service is really you.
Information Needed For The Request
When you get a new phone, you have to sync it to your DUO account even if it is the same number. This video shows you how to do this yourself.
If you are still having issues after watching the video, request an SMS to your phone after making sure you have the DUO Mobile app installed. Simply click on the link in the SMS and open in the Duo Mobile app and follow prompts to activate your new phone with your DUO account. Once you save the account on your new phone, it is active. The passcodes that display are just there if Duo Mobile pushes are not available to you (when you do not have access to wifi or cellular service). We can also send an email to re-sync your phone to the Duo Mobile app if texts are not available to you
