Repair time varies depending if parts need to be replaced. The request can be submitted 24/7, however, the severity of the situation will determine the response time. In the event of a plumbing emergency, please call Campus Safety at 804-752-4710 for escalation to Housekeeping on-call.

There is no cost for this service unless vandalism is determined.
