Time will vary based upon the nature of the problem and the availability of the machine for service.

Estimated Cost

There may be additional costs required due to the cause of the problem (e.g., physical damage beyond normal wear and tear). College-issued assets under warranty may be sent to Dell or Apple for repair.

Nerds to Go partners with RMC and will pick up and service student computers whether they are under warranty or not. If under warranty, it is best to take to your point of purchase for repairs.
