Report an application that is not running or performing poorly.
Information Needed For The Request
Application name (i.e. Jenzabar, Office 365, Docuware, etc.) description of issues, any steps taken to remediate thus far, college asset name if applicable, and location if applicable.
Estimated Time Required
Remediation of application errors depends on the application and the scope of the reported issue (i.e. device/connectivity issue, account issue, in-house application issue, third-party application, etc.)
Estimated Cost
There is no cost for this service. ITS provides support for approved applications only.
