Information Needed For The Request
In order to help make sure that you can access our Exchange email server, we need to collect data from you such as if you are receiving emails through webmail but not the desktop or mobile app, if you device is connected to the Internet (R-MC only if on campus), if other devices can receive/send email, and if your operating system and Office 365 versions are up to date.
Estimated Time Required
Outlook issues can generally be resolved during first or second contact remotely. Some more complex issues that recurr may require scheduling a time for in-person step-by-step troubleshooting to ascertain root cause.
