Service Description
Request service for one or more of the four cash registers operated by Parkhurst.
Information Needed For The Request
Please detail which register(s) is having an issue, the symptoms, and what troubleshooting steps have been taken already to resolve.
Estimated Time Required
The Service Desk will respond within 15 minutes during regular business hours. If after hours, the register(s) can run in batch mode until a technician can get on site.
Escalation to CBORD may be required and will take additional time to resolve.
Estimated Cost
There is no cost for this service. There are two spares that can be placed and replacement parts are provided under contract by CBORD.
