Service Description
We work hard to make sure that the technology in classrooms, computer labs, and conference rooms is available and in good working order at all times. However, as with all technology, things can go awry and when they do, it can have a major impact on teaching and learning. Use the linked form to alert us to an issue with the technology in a classroom or lab so that we can take action as quickly as we can to put the space back into working order. Click on "Report AV Issue" on the right to enter a request. Request service for issues relating to any conference room, classroom or other room with AV technology. This can include the computer, projectors, audio issues, bluray players, etc.
Information Needed For The Request
When reporting an AV issue, please provide the following information:
- Where are you located? (building AND room location)
- What type of problem are you having?
- Do you want someone to come to the classroom immediately?
- Are you using the Room PC or laptop?
- Are you on a Mac or Windows device?
- If laptop, is this a college owned or personal device?
Estimated Time Required
ITS aims to respond remotely or in person to all reported classroom down situations within 15 minutes. Equipment failures may result in our vendor having to be called in or parts ordered. Temporary fixes in the case of equipment failures may not provide full functionality.
